Indonesian Netizens Criticize Lesti's Victory, Official Instagram Account Top Beauty World Provides Clarification

Kapanlagi.com - Lesti is ranked 5th as the most beautiful woman in the world according to Top Beauty World. What's even more surprising, Lesti managed to surpass other great stars from all over the world.

Not playing around, Lesti's beauty managed to surpass all members of BLACKPINK, namely Jennie, Jisoo, Rose, and Lisa. In addition, from the voting results, Lesti managed to surpass Kendall Jenner in 61st position and Irene Red Velvet in 44th position.

This result apparently made some netizens unhappy, especially Indonesian netizens. And because of this, the official Instagram account of Top World Beauty was 'attacked' and flooded with comments from Indonesian netizens. 

It can be seen there, out of all the posts of world celebrities' faces, Lesti's post received more than 11 thousand comments and more than 54 thousand likes.

However, those comments apparently accused Top Beauty World of making a mistake. Many Indonesian netizens were not happy with the ranking that placed Lesti in 5th position.  

2. Clarification

The official Instagram account of Top Beauty World finally provides clarification in response to the numerous 'attacks' directed towards this institution. They firmly state that their system has been tested since 2015. 

"Our website's name is TOP BEAUTY WORLD. We have a clear method that we have been implementing since 2015! Although it may be entertaining for you, this is a kind of exercise in our work, so we may not be able to release a list every year. We do not ask you to follow our account or things like that," writes the official Top Beauty World account on Instagram. 

"If you don't like it, just skip it and follow what you like to avoid misunderstandings," they conclude.
