Kapanlagi.com - It has been 5 years since dangdut singer Irma Darmawangsa last released a single. Finally, this year in 2024, Irma is able to release her latest single titled Orkes Nongkrong. The song was created by Edo Yahya and Kacheba. As the title suggests, the single is made for young people and adults who enjoy hanging out.
In this latest single, Irma admitted that she intentionally did not focus on the theme of love. Of course, this was done so that everyone can enjoy her song.
"It's just for fun for young people, adults who like to hang out, street musicians, and musicians," said Irma Darmawangsa on Sunday (11/2/2024).
"So, the song is not about love or infidelity and can be enjoyed by everyone," she continued.
In terms of music, Irma's latest single is made light and presents the nuances of old dangdut to make it pleasant to the ears. Moreover, currently, this kind of dangdut music is widely enjoyed.
"Not too much koplo, there are touches of old dangdut that are easy listening," Irma explained.
What's interesting is that Irma is now daring to produce her latest single through IDW Pro. That's why, during the making of the music video, Irma involved her partner, Irfan Sebastian, as a model, to create a more natural and deeper atmosphere.
"Learning to be a producer, all the production costs are self-funded. The song is also available on all digital music platforms," Irma concluded.
