Kapanlagi.com - One of the Dangdut Academy Indosiar graduates, Weni DA, admitted to being very impressed with the enthusiasm of the participants in the Dangdut Academy 5 auditions. According to her, even though they were held online, unique and exciting moments still occurred during the audition period.

During a live session with Kapanlagi.com and Indosiar on Friday (11/3), Weni certainly wanted to see new talents who had never been on the Dangdut Academy stage before. This is aimed at ensuring that dangdut music can continue to develop.

"The enthusiasm is really good, we found many excellent young dangdut talents from various regions during the online audition, and there were also funny moments when we saw nervous participants. There were certainly a lot of them," said Weni DA.

"Here we want to find something new and certainly unique characters that have never existed before," she continued.

In addition, Weni considers online auditions really helpful for talented participants who live in remote areas. Easier, online auditions do not require participants to come to the location and queue from morning until night.

"According to Weni, it's really good, very helpful for friends who live far away in remote areas who want to participate in auditions. Like Weni before in Pontianak, there was none, had to go to Jakarta. The positive thing now is that you can participate without having to go far from where you live," she said.

2. Remembering the Time as a Participant

Talking about auditions, Weni also remembers the time when she was still a participant in auditions. She then briefly told how difficult it was to travel to participate in Dangdut Academy auditions.

"When I participated in auditions, there were several big cities selected by the Indosiar team, but in Banjarmasin there was one, but not yet in Pontianak. So I decided to go to Jakarta first to save money for tickets. When I arrived in Jakarta, I couldn't stay in a hotel and slept in front of the Indosiar mosque. Finally, I shared a bed in a boarding house with fellow audition participants. If there is an online audition now, it's so easy," she concluded.
