Lesti Plans to Marry Young, Her Father is Ready to Meet Her Chosen Man

Kapanlagi.com - Recently, dangdut singer Lesti Kejora celebrated her 21st birthday. The birthday was celebrated together with her concert held on Indosiar a while ago.

During that time, Lesti's father, Endang Mulyana, was met at Studio 5 Indosiar on Thursday early morning (7/8/2020). He remembered the moments when he accompanied Lesti's journey to success.

"It really doesn't feel like it. I have been accompanying her since she was 10 years old, but it doesn't feel like her age has reached this point. Especially when she joined DA (Dangdut Academy), she became busy with her singing activities, it feels like it was just yesterday when she was 17, 18, and now she's already 21," said Endang.

Endang said that she used to always accompany Lesti during auditions. She also revealed the memento that Lesti wore at that time.

"I remember when she first struggled during auditions, I took her on a motorcycle, borrowed clothes through acquaintances in Bandung, and eventually she passed. I went back to Bandung and paid for that outfit as a keepsake," she said.

Furthermore, Lesti's father said that he doesn't prohibit his child from socializing with anyone. However, as a parent, he still sets boundaries.

"From the beginning, I actually allowed her to be whoever she wants to be. But I guided her to remain humble and I don't restrict her from socializing with anyone, but there are limits," he concluded.

"If she has a desire, for example, to make her parents happy, no one can stop or hinder her. Let's say she's a strong fighter," he added.

3. Early Marriage Plan

When asked about her daughter's plan to marry early, Endang admitted that Lesti has not mentioned it yet. However, her father said he is ready when his daughter wants to introduce a man to the house.

"I haven't heard her talk about getting married early. If she's ready, let's bring a man to the house. But she said she wants to focus on her career and education first. She said she hasn't fully made her parents happy," he concluded.
