Lucinta Luna Caught in Drug Case, Lawyer Applies for Rehabilitation

"We will submit a rehabilitation request," said Milano when met at his office in Brawijaya, South Jakarta, on Thursday (13/2) last week.

Milano then showed a video of what Lucinta looks like when she doesn't consume drugs. According to him, this video has not been handed over to the Police. "The Police do not have this yet, we will submit it. Because of her depression, that's why she needs that medicine," he continued.

Milano says Lucinta is a victim. Lucinta herself does not regularly consume the medication. "No no, she doesn't regularly take it, only when she's really stressed, then she uses the medication," said Milano.

In addition, Milano also revealed that Abash, Lucinta's partner, often prevents Lucinta from consuming the medication.

2. Not Addicted

"That's what I know, Abash always tries to prevent her (Lucinta) from using the medication," he added.

Milano himself denies that Lucinta is addicted. "Actually, it's not addiction, it means that when she's depressed, then it arises like that. So it's not a matter of addiction, when she's depressed, she consumes it, but if she's not, she won't consume it," he concluded.
