Married to Karlie Fu, Ikke Nurjanah Receives Simple Dowry

Kapanlagi.com - Dangdut singer Ikke Nurjanah secretly got married. Ikke married a widower with one child named Karlie Fu at a hotel in the Cawang area, East Jakarta, on January 29, 2021.

Ikke Nurjanah's marriage after almost 14 years of being single made her friend happy, including dangdut singer Gebby Parera. In fact, for the sake of her friend, Gebby was willing to take care of Ikke Nurjanah's wedding.

"Ikke is like a sister to me, like my own sister. Her long loneliness, thank God, she found her soulmate. Of course, I'm happy, I was the wedding organizer and my husband was the witness," said Gebby Parera.

1. Simple Dowry

Gebby Parera also stated that the wedding of Ikke Nurjanah and Karlie Fu was simple, but full of happiness. The dowry given by Karlie to Ikke as a wedding dowry was considered simple. Karlie only gave a 5 gram gold dowry.

"The dowry is in the form of a 5 gram gold ring. If a set of prayer tools is not included as a dowry, but included in one of the wedding items (seserahan)," said Gebby Parera.

2. Receiving Two Rings

According to Gebby, the 5 gram gold ring given by Karlie was only as a dowry. However, the wedding ring that was placed on Ikke's ring finger was a diamond ring.

"So she received two rings, the gold ring as a dowry, and the diamond ring as a wedding ring," she explained.
