Not Afraid of the Corona Outbreak, Selfi Yamma: I Only Fear Allah

Kapanlagi.com - Selfi Yamma, or Selfi LIDA, apparently admits that she is not very afraid of the COVID-19 outbreak currently affecting the country. According to her, there will definitely be a wisdom behind the current situation that is affecting the whole nation.

"As for Corona, I only fear Allah, because whether it's good or bad, there will always be wisdom behind it. Besides, why should I be afraid, because it is His creation, and we are His creation too," said Selfi Yamma when contacted by phone on Tuesday (31/3).

1. Surrendering to God

Selfi also considers the situation caused by the Covid-19 pandemic as a warning from God. For Selfi, this is also an opportunity for all religious people to surrender and get closer to their respective God.

"In my opinion, we are being given a warning with this corona situation so that we can get closer to Allah SWT. That's how I personally perceive it," said the champion of LIDA 2018. 

2. Maintaining Cleanliness

In addition, besides maintaining personal hygiene, praying and surrendering to the Creator is also Selfi's ultimate tactic to be protected from all kinds of dangers, including the coronavirus pandemic.

"Certainly, the first thing is to continue praying and surrendering to Allah because everything comes from Allah. We just have to take care of ourselves and maintain cleanliness for our health to be protected," she concluded.
