The passing of senior singer Hamdan ATT leaves deep sorrow for the family, especially for his son, Haikal Attami. He revealed that the night before his father passed away, there were no suspicious signs.

"That night there was nothing, I wasn’t here, because there was nothing. If there was anything, I would definitely update. I just received the news this afternoon, at half past 11," said Haikal at the funeral home, Tuesday (1/7/2025).

Although he could no longer speak, Hamdan ATT was said to still show expressions through his eyes when invited to communicate. Haikal referred to that moment as their last communication. "If there was communication, yes, but he hasn't been able to talk for a long time. But we communicated through our eyes; when we told stories that might have touched Abah, tears would come out," he said.

He hopes that Hamdan ATT finds the best place by His side."To all the fans of the late father Hamdan ATT, I, on behalf of the family, ask for your prayers. May the late be forgiven for all his sins, and may his suffering yesterday be a means of expiating sins, and may all his acts of worship be accepted. And I also, on behalf of my family, ask for forgiveness if the late made any mistakes, whether intentional or not. Please forgive him," he concluded.
