Rizky Billar Uses Ustaz Subki Al Bughury's Money as a Mahar for Secret Marriage with Lesti Kejora

It turns out that before the wedding took place, Lesti Kejora and Rizky Billar had already held a secret wedding or a religious wedding in early 2021. This was conveyed by Ustaz Subki Al Bughury after filling the program The Secret of Leslar which aired on YouTube Rans Entertainment, Tuesday (21/7/2021).

"Yes (The Secret of Leslar program) is just a normal series, there is music, there is a talk show, and it announces what I have been keeping secret (that they are already married religiously)," said Ustaz Subki Al Bughury in the Andara area, South Jakarta, Tuesday (21/7/2021).

Actually, Lesti Kejora and Rizky Billar agreed not to postpone the wedding. However, because they were still in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, they decided to have a religious wedding first in early January 2021, with only a few important people present.

"Actually, when they started to get to know each other and get close, I said 'just get married'. Actually, they wanted to do it sooner, but it was delayed by the pandemic. I said, I will introduce you, then we will go to the Office of Religious Affairs together," said Ustaz Subki.

"There was a prewedding, there was physical contact, so you (Lesty and Billar) are already halal. We just need to register it later." Dede (Lesty Kejora) is actually taking care of the Religious Affairs Office (KUA) 'whether it can be like that, no it can't, it must be officially registered first'," she said.

1. Using Ustaz Subki's Money

Previously, Rizky Billar gave a mahar in the form of money worth 72,300 US dollars or equivalent to 1.04 billion Indonesian Rupiah during the second marriage ceremony which was broadcasted live on Indosiar and Vidio.com.

However, unlike the religious wedding, Ustaz Subki said that the mahar given by Rizky Billar was worth 1,575,000 Indonesian Rupiah.

"That money is mine, 75 thousand with 21 pieces. Because in 2021, there were 21 pieces of 75 thousand in the house that Billar used," he said.

2. Religious Marriage According to Ustaz Subkhi

According to Ustaz Subki, getting married religiously is allowed. However, the marriage is not recorded by the state. Therefore, in order for their marriage to be recorded by the state, Lesti and Rizky Billar performed the marriage vows.

"The same marriage vows as our father did once, then it's recorded. Usually, we make a sealed letter and give it to the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) to prove that we are married. Usually, they do another marriage ceremony for both religious and legal purposes," said Ustaz Subki.

"Usually, in terms of the state, there is no secret marriage. It has to be recorded. But there are some reasons. In my case, including my first child, we got engaged directly, and they were the ones who took care of the pre-wedding preparations, and so on," Ustaz Subki concluded.
