Sad News, Cak Diqin Campursari Singer Passed Away

Kapanlagi.com - Sad news once again comes from the entertainment world in Indonesia. Cak Diqin, the legendary campursari singer of the archipelago, is reported to have passed away. The man whose real name is Muhammad Shodiqin is reported to have passed away on Friday (10/11/2023).

Information regarding Cak Diqin's passing has been confirmed by the Deputy Chairperson of the Indonesian Artists Singers, Songwriters, and Musicians Association (PAPPRI) of Central Java, Rima Kusuma Prasetyaningrum. She stated that Cak Diqin passed away at RSUD Pandan Arang, Boyolali on Friday morning.

"Yes, it's true, Cak Diqin has passed away, on Friday, November 10, 2023, around 07.00 AM at RSUD Pandan Arang, Boyolali," she said.

Previously, Cak Diqin was reported to have been ill for several months and his health condition was not good. Due to his health condition, he was then treated at RSUD Pandan Arang, Boyolali. His body is known to be in the funeral home in Ngangkruk Village RT 06/01, Boyolali and is planned to be buried in Glagahan.
