Singing 'Cidro' - 'Kangen Nickerie', Didi Kempot Successfully Touches the Hearts of the Audience in Malang Ambyar

After the success of Cidro, Didi Kempot challenged the Rector of Brawijaya University (UB), Nuhfil Hanani, to duet and perform the song Suket Teki. The Rector then went on stage followed by the deans and others.

Not only that, some VIP guests were given the opportunity to dance in front of the stage. The red carpet provided under the stage was filled with audience members dancing.

"UB also cares about culture, as evidenced by our invitation today. Thank you UB, thank you Mr. Nuhfil," said Didi Kempot at UB Malang, Saturday (4/12).

Didi Kempot took a moment to rest and gave the committee the opportunity to draw the winner of the morning walk. Didi Kempot's presence was indeed the guest star at the Healthy Walk event in celebration of the 57th anniversary of Brawijaya University (UB) Malang. The man born in Surakarta on December 31, 1966, was chosen to draw the winner.

Didi Kempot's performance continued with the song Pamer Bojo. It became more lively because the audience was allowed to occupy the area below the stage, making it more interactive. The audience danced and sang along with every verse in unison.

Didi then continued with the songs Banyu Langit and Kalung Emas. Occasionally, Didi pulled off gimmicks that made the audience scream hysterically.

"Express your disappointment to someone who knows how to run away from you, cry...cry," he said while starting to sing the song Layang Kangen.

3. Dory Harsa Joins in Singing

As the closing song, Didi called his kendang player, Dory Harsa. The handsome kendang player was chosen to perform the song Kangen Nickerie.

"But because we're in Malang, we changed it to Kangen Singosari," said Didi.

Dory then sang Kangen Nickerie, replacing every word Nickerie with Singosari. Dory's song became the last song, bringing joy to the Sobat Ambyar.
