Twin singers Rizki and Ridho look different. Now, both of them have athletic bodies and muscular arms. It is not separated from Rizki and Ridho's routine of going to the gym. Check out their pictures below!

When interviewed by the KapanLagi.com team, Ridho said that he and his twin brother have started being active in the gym again, which they have been doing for eight years. It's not a short time, no wonder both of them have an ideal body shape like now.

"Alhamdulillah, now the enthusiasm has reappeared. Actually, I have been going to the gym for seven to eight years. There was a one-year break, but now Alhamdulillah it's starting again," said Ridho when met in the Tendean area, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (13/9/2023).

"Only supported by milk, we have to maintain that. We have to discipline in training, rest, and eating patterns as well. I really want to do it properly now," Ridho added.

Together with his twin brother, Ridho admitted that they regularly do gym exercises. In one week, they can go to the gym six times. "Sometimes we only have one day off. Sometimes we squeeze in going to the gym wherever we are," Ridho said.

Rizky and Ridho have felt many benefits from regularly doing gym exercises. Besides being healthy, both of them also feel more fit when performing on stage. "Performing on stage feels better, and the body feels fit and fresh. It's nice when sleep and eating patterns are maintained," he said.

Just like others who regularly go to the gym, Rizki and Ridho have also experienced injuries. Ridho admitted that he once had a leg injury.

"It happens quite often, but luckily it's not too serious. I think it applies to everyone or some of my friends who go to the gym. Especially now, our knees are also problematic because we had a hamstring injury, ligament," said Ridho.

"I almost had to undergo surgery, but I strengthened it through playing sports, especially using my legs. It really helped to strengthen my hamstring, thighs, and calves. Thank God, they are quite strong now," concluded Ridho.
