"The love story between a Mermaid and a Human is loaded with meaning, how love can unite their differences," said Gunawan, Senior Manager Acquisition & Distribution of ANTV to reporters on Sunday (23/5/2021).

Tiara Cinta will be aired on ANTV starting Monday, May 24, 2021, at 18.00 WIB. It tells the story of a woman named Wiwin (Kinaryosih) who gives birth to a child from her relationship with a mermaid named Tiara. Apparently, Tiara's birth brings a great disaster, resulting in a tsunami in the area where they live.

2. Different Story

Furthermore, when the tsunami waves hit and the residents run for their lives, Tiara is swept into the sea and saved by a mermaid named Irena. Several years later, Tiara, who has been raised by Irena, is captured by a group of fishermen and imprisoned.

"Tiara Cinta is presented with a different story and conflict from the usual Mermaid series. We hope this series can become the latest favorite show for ANTV viewers," said Gunawan.

3. The Love Story of Vano and Tiara

On one side, Vano, who happened to be visiting his grandmother's house, heard Tiara's voice asking for help. Vano felt pity and helped Tiara, even teaching her to adapt to human habits.

They became closer until the time came for Vano to return to Jakarta and leave Tiara behind. On the journey, the ship Vano was on sank and Tiara managed to find him. In order to save Vano's life, Tiara had to give artificial respiration, which meant that when their lips touched, Vano instantly forgot everything that had happened.

10 years later, Tiara (Cita Citata), who missed Vano (Bryan Mckenzie), decided to go look for him in Jakarta. Tiara managed to find Vano, but the situation became difficult because Vano didn't remember her at all, plus the presence of Friska who deeply loved Vano and saw Tiara as her rival.
