Usually Shares Yellow Rice, Now Ayu Ting Ting Rents 3 Hotel Ballrooms to Celebrate Bilqis' 8th Birthday

Kapanlagi.com - Ayu Ting Ting celebrated the 8th birthday of her beloved child, Bilqis Khumairah Razak, in a grand manner. The singer of Alamat Palsu even rented three ballrooms in a hotel at once.

Initially, Ayu Ting Ting only wanted to hold a simple event at home. However, considering the many friends of Bilqis who would come, she decided to celebrate it at a hotel.

"Oh my God, it was so sudden. Initially, we wanted to do it at home, but I thought it would be cramped and hot to invite so many of Bilqis' friends," said Ayu Ting Ting at Margo Hotel, Depok, West Java, on Sunday (9/1).

1. All of a Sudden

Ayu Ting Ting then explained how she suddenly made a plan for Bilqis' birthday celebration. Ayu even confided in her mother.

"So I said to my mom, how about we do it at Margo, but we can't fit in one ballroom, so I thought, is it enough for our family? Yeah, let's add two more ballrooms. Then I thought about using play equipment, so we ended up booking three ballrooms. It was all impromptu. Thankfully, the team quickly helped, my friend who likes to organize weddings, so they took care of everything," she continued.

2. Usually Only Share Yellow Rice

Ayu Ting Ting said that Bilqis' birthday is not always celebrated extravagantly. Usually, the family only makes yellow rice and shares it with close relatives.

"No, not every year (celebrated), usually just make yellow rice for relatives. This year, Alhamdulillah, the situation is starting to improve so we can gather with everyone," she said.

3. Squid Game Theme

This time, Bilqis' birthday carries the theme of Squid Game, a popular Netflix series in 2021. This theme is based on Bilqis' own request. The family also wore Squid Game jackets together.

"So the theme follows her. She wanted Squid Game, there are still cakes and such," said Ayu Ting Ting.

4. Bilqis Becoming Chatty and Critical

At the age of 8, Ayu Ting Ting sees that Bilqis is getting smarter, more chatty, and also critical.

"Smarter, more understanding, can already forbid, can do various things, chatty, critical," she concluded.
