Wika Salim Once Experienced Weight Gain Due to Stress Eating, Wika Salim: Snacking Unconsciously

"When I'm worried, I turn to eating, snacking, and I don't realize it until my weight increases. And when there are problems, it just adds to the stress," said Wika Salim.

However, now the 29-year-old woman is grateful because her body is no longer fat and bloated due to her natural and healthy diet. The result of the diet she has done has yielded results, which is being able to make Wika have an ideal body and also look more attractive.

"The reason is everything, but the most important thing is for health. If you're healthy and have a good body, it's a bonus and satisfaction for yourself," she said.

With her stunning body, it certainly makes the presenter named Wika Febrina Putri always the center of attention for men. However, according to her, having an ideal and slim body is acknowledged by Wika Salim because she wants to be more confident in living her life.

"If it's to attract the attention of men, actually it's normal, who doesn't want to be the center of attention. Everyone wants that," Wika said.

"One of the selfishness of women is wanting to be noticed, it's normal," she concluded.
