Kapanlagi.com - Celebrity couple Lesti and Rizky Billar truly expressed their gratitude after successfully winning six awards at once in Infotainment Awards 2023. They never expected to bring home six trophies at once.

When met at Studio 6 Emtek City, West Jakarta, on Tuesday (26/9) night, Rizky Billar admitted that he was very happy to be given the opportunity to be nominated. His happiness multiplied when his family won all the nominations.

"Alhamdulillah, I am happy and grateful to receive the awards. Being nominated is a joy, and Alhamdulillah, I was given the opportunity to win three award categories. This certainly would not be possible without the support of our fans who always support and love us, always support us unconditionally," said Rizky Billar.

1. Admitting to Being Nervous as Best Couple

One of the nominations they won at the 2023 Infotainment Awards was Best Couple. Of course, they did not expect to win this nomination as some unpleasant news had come from their small family.

In the same opportunity, Lesti Kejora considered the Best Couple award they won to be the best prayer for their family. However, for her, this is certainly a responsibility to be able to set an example for other families.

"The positive side of this may be a good prayer for us and hopefully this can justify it," said Lesti.

"And yes, it's nerve-wracking to be recognized as the best couple in our respective countries, we still have shortcomings, but what's important is to focus on the positive side, hopefully it becomes a good prayer," she continued.

Furthermore, Rizky Billar said that the romance that occurs in their family is not solely for the sake of receiving awards.

"Awards are not a form of romance, it's just a form of appreciation from fans to us. Not only as a couple, but also as life partners because we continue to learn to complement each other," Rizky Billar concluded.
