Last Monday (19/9) at around 11:00 local time, the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II was finally held at Westminster Abbey, England. Attended by members of the British Royal Family and a series of world leaders, the appearance of Kate Middleton successfully stole the public and media's attention.

Wearing an all-black outfit designed by Alexander McQueen, the wife of Prince William even appeared wearing the famous heritage jewelry of Queen Elizabeth II, a Four-Row Pearl Choker necklace. Curious to see the photos?

This is a portrait of Kate Middleton attending the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II held at Westminster Abbey, England on Monday (19/9) at around 11:00 local time.

Kate Middleton arrived with the royal car together with Queen Camilla, Prince George, and Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana.

Wearing an all-black outfit, it turns out that day Kate Middleton wore a coat dress designed by Alexander McQueen.

Kate also paired the coat dress with suede pump shoes designed by Gianvito Rossi and a headpiece by renowned hat designer Philip Treacy.

Throughout the funeral event, Kate appeared strong and calm beside her two children. The media camera also captured a portrait of Kate trying to calm Princess Charlotte who was crying at one point.

However, it seems that the media in England also highlighted Kate's elegant appearance with the heritage pearl necklace owned by Queen Elizabeth II called the Four-Row Pearl Choker Necklace. She also paired it with Bahrain Pearl Drop Earrings.

The jewelry apparently was also worn by Kate when attending Prince Philip's funeral in April 2021.

Throughout the event, the British media and public also highlighted the difference in expression between Kate and Meghan Markle, who had cried and wiped away her tears.

They even mentioned that Meghan's expression appeared to be fearful while being around Kate Middleton throughout the funeral. They also did not talk to each other.
