Former Assistant Himself Demands, Vin Diesel Caught in Alleged Sexual Violence Case - Alleged Victim Admits to Being Fired After the Incident

This incident is said to have taken place at the St. Regis Hotel in Atlanta. At that time, Asta Jonasson was contracted by One Race Films, the actor's production house. She was employed as an assistant who accompanied the Fast & Furious star during filming in Atlanta for the film Fast Five in 2011.

As reported by Variety, the lawsuit documents revealed that the actor forcibly pulled Asta Jonasson onto the bed and touched her body. Asta screamed and ran to the bathroom, but the actor then cornered her against the wall and masturbated.

A few hours after the alleged sexual violence incident, it was also claimed that Asta was immediately fired by Vin Diesel, Samantha Vincent, who is also the President of One Race Films.

"It is clear to (Asta Jonasson) that she was fired because she was no longer useful. Vin Diesel used her to fulfill his sexual desires and [Asta] refused his sexual advances," stated the lawsuit.

"Miss Jonasson feels like she is trash that needs to be thrown away," she added.

2. Filed Lawsuit

In addition to the sexual harassment case, Asta Jonasson also filed a lawsuit regarding discrimination based on gender. Not only that, intentional emotional pressure, a harsh work environment, and unfair termination of employment are also included in the lawsuit.

The lawsuit is not only against Vin Diesel, but also One Race Films. It is also mentioned that in addition to the allegations of harassment against Vin Diesel, One Race Films is also accused of engaging in inappropriate behavior, such as summoning Jonasson to the bedroom.

3. Cover Letter Signed While Taking the Job

Asta Jonasson also revealed that she signed a cover letter when taking this job. For about two weeks, she worked starting from organizing parties to fulfilling Vin Diesel's demands.

Bryan Freedman, Diesel's lawyer, released a statement denying the allegations on Thursday local time.

"Let me clarify, Vin Diesel categorically denies these claims in their entirety," said Freedman.
