Marilyn Manson Officially Becomes a Police Fugitive for Never Fulfilling Summons

"Mr. Warner, his agents and legal counsel have been made aware of the arrest warrant and have shown no initiative to return to New Hampshire to address the pending charges. Mr. Warner was performing at the NH Pavilion on August 18, 2019 when the incident occurred," wrote the official statement from the Gilford police.

Furthermore, the statement also explains in detail the incident and its location. However, the police have emphasized that there was no sexual violence committed by Manson at that time.

"The videographer was contracted to film the concert by a company based in NH and was stationed in the pit area of the stage, where the incident occurred. The allegation of violence is not related to sexual violence as questioned by some media portals, considering the many accusations that have been made against Mr. Werner," the statement continued.

At least 3 people witnessed the incident directly, where according to them, Manson spat and even blew his nose on the videographer during the show. If caught, Manson could be sentenced to around 1 year in prison and fined US$2000 or equivalent to IDR 28.5 million.

"He spat everywhere and at one point hit his camera, so he cleaned it while looking angry. Manson noticed it and intentionally kept spitting on his camera," one witness said.

"I thought he was losing patience when Manson came off the stage, approached him, and deliberately blew his nose towards the camera. The woman was really angry, disgusted, and left. Meanwhile, Manson just laughed," he continued.

The second witness also gave a similar statement, "Manson bent down and shot his nose towards the woman. I remember he did it while laughing. I was right there when the incident happened, the woman looked really angry."

Not staying silent, Manson's lawyer, Howard King, also responded to this case. According to him, Manson has his own motives regarding the reasons for his actions.

"It's no longer a secret who attends Marilyn Manson's concerts, where he is always provocative on stage, especially in front of the camera. The accusation was made after we were asked for more than US$35,000 (or equivalent to IDR 500 million) from the venue's videographer. After we asked for evidence of the damage to his camera, we never received a response. All these claims are nonsense, but we will still follow the procedures and cooperate with the authorities, as we have done before,"

Previously, Marilyn Manson also faced allegations of sexual harassment from several women, including his ex-girlfriend, Evan Rachel Wood.
