Chris Evans received at least 15 million dollars (213.7 billion rupiah) for his role as Captain America in the last two Avengers films.

This is many times more than the 'only' 300 thousand dollars (4.2 billion rupiah) he received when he first played Steve Rogers alias Captain America.

However, he admitted that he is satisfied enough to portray this beloved character. AVENGERS: ENDGAME is his last film with the superheroes.

He may have 'retired' as a superhero, but he hasn't retired from the acting world. "I never said I retired. It's a strange statement from an actor, this job is not something that can be retired," he said as quoted from Hollywood Reporters.

Chris Evans admits he wants to direct a film. He once made a documentary film that didn't sell, but he won't give up. "It doesn't matter to make mistakes and I learned a lot from it," he said.

Successful in his career, it turns out Chris Evans has not been successful in matters of romantic relationships. He admits to being an independent type of man who does not want a possessive partner.

"I'm afraid of being tied down. I want to be with someone who also has things to do. If I'm with someone who just follows my life, it will feel suffocating," he firmly said.
