Not without reason, this is their first appearance after returning to England to attend an invitation from Queen Elizabeth II.
Despite heavy rain, Meghan and Harry still looked charming when they arrived at Mansion House to attend the Endeavour Fund Awards event.
For her debut appearance, Meghan appeared in a light blue pencil midi dress designed by Victoria Beckham.
She appeared with heavier makeup than usual. Meanwhile, her hair was styled in a sleek ponytail.
Similar to Meghan, Prince Harry also appeared in a navy blue suit.
Before entering the event venue, Meghan waved and smiled friendly towards the camera and the British public.
Meanwhile, inside, she also gave a speech and expressed her happiness to be able to return to England after being in Canada for so long.
"It feels very enjoyable to be back again. This is my third year of having an extraordinary opportunity to join my husband here. This is the most inspiring moment," she said.
