New album by Jennifer Lopez, This Is Me... Now, and related musical film inspired by Ben Affleck in many ways; in both projects, JLo reflects on her love life, as well as the mistakes and challenges she faced along the way to a happy ending with her current husband.

Affleck's presence is strongly felt in the song "Greatest Love Story Never Told." The title of this song is taken from a collection of letters written by the actor to Lopez over the years. The letters are personal, but Lopez delved into them with her collaborators when seeking inspiration for this album, according to Variety. Some of this process is shown in Lopez's documentary film that has already been released.

Lopez and Affleck first got engaged in 2002 and planned to marry in 2004. However, just three days before their wedding, they called it off. They eventually rekindled their relationship in 2021 and got married in 2022.

Jason Momoa, Jennifer Coolidge, Lizzo, Vanessa Hudgens, Ariana Grande, and Snoop Dogg also declined to be guest stars. Lopez also wanted Khloe Kardashian to be part of her project, but it didn't work out.
