Apparently, the Academy Awards or Oscars have been around since 1929, KLovers. Therefore, the Oscars are also the oldest entertainment awards in the world. Winning an Oscar is considered a great achievement. However, what if these artists and films win two or even eleven Oscars? Here are the artists and films that have broken the most records in the Academy Awards of all time!

The first record is the film with the most Oscars. There are three films that have achieved this record. According to TODAY NBC, the film BEN-HUR (1959) directed by William Wyler is the film with the most Oscar trophies. This film received twelve nominations and won eleven nominations, including the Best Picture nomination. BEN-HUR (1959) tells the story of a Jewish prince who seeks revenge for being enslaved.

The second film with the most Oscars is TITANIC (1997). The film directed by James Cameron brought home eleven Oscar trophies out of fourteen nominations received. Out of the eleven nominations received, this film won all of them, KLovers! This makes THE LORD OF THE RINGS: THE RETURN OF THE KING and TITANIC tied for the record.

Next, actress Katharine Hepburn broke the record for the actress with the most Oscar trophies in the acting category. Reported by TODAY NBC, the actress born in 1907 has won Best Actress four times for the films MORNING GLORY (1933), GUESS WHO'S COMING TO DINNER (1967), THE LION IN WINTER (1968), and ON THE GOLDEN POND (1981). Until now, there is no actress who can beat Katharine Hepburn's record, KLovers.
