Kapanlagi.com - Three men are suing Sean Diddy Combs aka P. Diddy, alleging that he drugged and raped them in new lawsuits filed on December 12, 2024. The lawsuits were filed after the victims felt "safe" to report following another victim's brave disclosure of the incident through an anonymous interview in the media.
The three new lawsuits were filed by attorney Thomas Giuffra in the Supreme Court of New York State. The three men suing accuse P. Diddy of drugging them with alcoholic beverages and committing sexual violence between 2019 and 2022.

One of the men accused P. Diddy and several of his associates from Bad Boy Records of drugging and raping him at a party in 2020 in East Hampton, New York. The victim claims he tried to resist but failed and ended up being assaulted. "For the rest of that night, the plaintiff was unconscious. The plaintiff tried to resist their sexual advances but was unable to do so. The plaintiff did not consent to such sexual activity, or anything, and was unable to give consent while unconscious," according to the lawsuit.

The second victim filing this new lawsuit claims that she and P. Diddy met at a club in Manhattan in 2019. She alleges that she was invited to his party at the Park Hyatt hotel. The lawsuit states that P. Diddy drugged and raped her, following the same pattern of his other crimes. "While the plaintiff was sitting on the bed, she felt confused and claims that the defendant Sean Combs stared at her intently while saying 'He's ready to party'," the lawsuit alleges.
The victim claims she was unconscious and then woke up briefly during the assault. She also claims to have seen a man & woman recording her. When she woke up the next morning, the man who recorded the incident gave her cash amounting to $2,500 or equivalent to 39 million rupiah.

The third victim alleges in their lawsuit that P. Diddy did the same to them. The victim claims that they had worked for the music producer for 14 years. They met in 2020 at the InterContinental hotel in Times Square, New York, to discuss the salary owed to the victim. In a similar pattern, the plaintiff also became a victim of sexual harassment by P. Diddy.
Additionally, the 55-year-old producer threatened that the victim would not be able to report the incident. "After the rape, defendant Sean Combs told the plaintiff that going to the police would make them look like a fool. The plaintiff would never be able to prove their claims against him," the lawsuit states.

The three men have each filed a lawsuit in a jury court and have sought unspecified damages. Sony Music Holdings and Bad Boy Entertainment have also been named as defendants in the three lawsuits.
The attorney representing the three victims, Thomas Giuffra, explained to Associated Press that the victims feel somewhat relieved to finally report the horrific incidents. "This is a long-awaited opportunity for the victims to reclaim their power after enduring the burden of assault in silence for several years," he said. The attorney also added about their rights that have been taken away by P. Diddy. "Although the lawsuit will not erase the wrongs done to them, this lawsuit allows the victims to regain the power and dignity that have been stripped from them by Sean Combs," he explained.

Regarding the 3 new lawsuits, P. Diddy's lawyer clearly denied the allegations made against his client. "These complaints are full of lies. We will prove that all of this is false and will seek sanctions against any unethical lawyer who files fictitious claims against him," said the lawyer representing P. Diddy.
