HEARTBREAK MOTEL is the latest work by Angga Dwimas Sasongko, following MENCURI RADEN SALEH (2022) and 13 BOM DI JAKARTA (2023). This film features three award-winning actors, Reza Rahadian, Laura Basuki, and Chicco Jerikho. It tells the story of the ups and downs of a famous actress named Ava Alessandra, whose dark past is revealed to the public.
IPAR ADALAH MAUT is a film created by Hanung Bramantyo, adapted from the popular TikTok content with the same title. This drama features Michelle Ziudith, Deva Mahenra, and Davina Karamoy. The film will explore the affair between a sibling and her brother-in-law.
MVP Pictures production house is ready to start the year with a horror film titled KERETA BERDARAH (Bloody Train). Directed by Rizal Mantovani, this film was shot in a train carriage built in a studio. Producer Amrit Punjabi revealed that the production cost of the film was quite expensive to visualize what is written in the script.
After the success of KKN DI DESA PENARI (2022), which gathered a total of ten million viewers, MD Pictures is ready to release a sequel titled KKN DI DESA PENARI 2: BADARAWUHI. This film is no longer directed by Awi Suryadi but by Kimo Stamboel. The plot of the story itself is still kept secret to arouse the curiosity of the audience.
SIKSA KUBUR (Grave Torture) is a film written and directed by Joko Anwar. This horror presentation was developed from a short film of the same title that Joko released in 2012. The film stars well-known names in the industry such as Reza Rahadian, Christine Hakim, Fachri Albar, Faradina Mufti, and many more.
The latest title to be anticipated is the movie DESCENDANTS OF THE SUN. Directed by Hanung Bramantyo, this film is an adaptation of the Korean drama with the same title, starring Song Hye Kyo and Song Joong Ki. The cast for the Indonesian version is still unknown.
