Does Not Want to Use a Substitute Role, Luna Maya Says Her Patience is Tested When Playing Suzzanna

Kapanlagi.com - Luna Maya is known to once again play the character Suzzanna in her latest film titled SUZZANNA MALAM JUMAT KLIWON. Certainly, she did everything she could to play that role.

Moreover, Luna Maya also wants to play her character to the fullest in order to give the best performance. She even had to go through some uncomfortable situations and test her patience during filming.

"First of all, patience was tested because the process to start filming took a very long time, around 60 days," said Luna Maya when met in the Senayan area, Central Jakarta, on Saturday (29/7) night.

"The location was very uncomfortable, whether it was hot or there was no waiting room, I was the first one to arrive at the location. We just had to be willing and patient," she added.

According to her, it must be done because she does not want the audience to compare the film version with the original Suzzanna. Therefore, Luna Maya wants to be very committed in her role this time.

"I am most concerned from the beginning to the end to ensure there is comparison and criticism. I am never satisfied, I always want to be as committed as possible and hardly use dangerous stunts or body doubles. Even if there are high slings, it must be done professionally," she said.

2. Doesn't Want a Replacement Role

Not only that, Luna Maya also admitted that in every scene, she does not want to use a replacement role. Luna always wants to fully portray Suzzanna.

"I always want it to be me because I'm afraid that if it's replaced, the feeling will be different. This hard work is done by the entire team to entertain all Indonesian film lovers," she concluded.
