Original Series 'DAUR HIDUP' Presents 9 Short Film Titles, Simultaneously Airs on December 1, 2021

Collaborating with many artists, this series, which collaborates with Menjadi Manusia, has 9 short films that will be exclusively aired on Vision+ on December 1, 2021.

Managing director of Vision+, Clarissa Tanoesoedibjo, said that DAUR HIDUP is the first series with many moral messages aired by Vision+.

"This is the first time we release an Originals Series that provides such deep moral messages. We hope this series can have a positive impact so that we, as humans, always introspect and appreciate the true meaning of life, which is very short," said Clarissa.

Clarissa added that this collaboration is in line with Vision+'s vision, which is to always present interesting shows in the form of original series produced by local production houses.

This series of 9 short films is starred by well-known Indonesian actors. Some of them are Khiva Iskak, Shareefa Daanish, Dominique Sanda, Gamaliel Eleazar, Muzaki Ramdhan, Dhea Seto, Kalya Islamadina, Putri Ayudya, Tubagus Ali, Vonny Anggraini, Brigitta Cynthia, Jerome Kurnia, Fajar Nugra, Samo Rafael, Imelda Therinne, Ravi Septrian, Sheila Miranda, Alyssa Abidin, Ben Joshua, Matias Muchus, Anne Yasmine, and Faris Nahdi.

In addition, there is something interesting about this series, which is that each episode is directed by different directors. There are names like Putri Sarah Amelia, Wenda Theadora, Joan Elizabeth, Greg Soegono, Winnie Benjamin, Alvin Aprilianto Tan, and Bismo Triastiroadji.

Clarissa added that these 9 titles of the DAUR HIDUP series will be released simultaneously. And this is the first time Vision+ releases all episodes at once. The goal is to allow users to binge-watch when it is released on December 1, 2021. The nine titles of short films included in the original series DAUR ULANG are as follows:

Lahir (Born), which tackles the topic of existential crisis portrayed by Khiva Iskak, Shareefa Daanish, and Dominique Sanda.

Tumbuh (Grow), which tells the story of bullying and friendship with two child actors, Gamaliel Eleazar and Muzakki Ramadhan.

Berkembang (Develop), which is about the search for identity featuring Kalya Islamadina and Dhea Seto.

Rumah (Home), which revolves around family and mental health issues, portrayed by Putri Ayudya, Tubagus Ali, and Vonny Anggraini.

Bertamu (Visiting), a story about a romantic relationship, supported by Jerome Kurnia and Brigitta Cynthia.

Berpindah (Moving), which tells the story of moving on in life, together with Taskya Namya, Fajar Nugra, and Samo Rafael.

Menetap (Settling), a short film about small things that bring happiness and discomfort in a household, portrayed by Lukman Sardi and Imelda Therinne.

Berkumpul (Gathering), which explores routines, escapism, midlife crisis, and friendship, featuring Ravi Septian, Sheila Miranda, Laras Ardhia, and Alyssa Abidin.

Berpulang (Returning), a story of loss, supported by Mathias Muchus, Ben Joshua, Fariz Nahdi, and Anne Yasmine.
