The film MUMUN is adapted from the soap opera Jadi Pocong which was released in 2022. It is played by famous actors and actresses including Acha Septriasa, Mandra, Dimas Aditya, Eddies Adelia, and many more.

This film, which was released on September 1, 2022, tells the story of twin siblings Mumun and Mimin (Acha Septriasa). One day, Mumun, who is about to marry Juned (Dimas Aditya), her fiancé, experiences a tragic fate of dying before the wedding takes place. Husein (played by Mandra), a gravedigger who forgets to remove Mumun's pocong string. As a result of this incident, Mumun haunts her neighborhood and is believed to bring disaster to the people in that area. Juned, who is still grieving over the loss of Mumun, cannot accept the label 'Pocong Mumun' given by his neighbors.
