Star in the Film 'BEFORE 7 DAYS', Here is a Series of Photos of Fanny Ghassani Cast as a Ghost - Admits to Having Some Worries

The film BEFORE 7 DAYS directed by Awi Suryadi in collaboration with MD Pictures is one of the most anticipated horror films of the year. Featuring a story full of drama and mystery, this film brings together two talented actresses, Fanny Ghassani and Agla Artalidia, to play the main characters.

Fanny Ghassani plays Anggun, a mother who becomes a ghost after her death. For Fanny, this role is a significant challenge because she has never played a ghost character before.

"Think twice. There is worry, but all roles should be tried as long as the story is interesting," said Fanny when met in the Setiabudi area, South Jakarta, Thursday (12/12/2024). Here are the details.

The process of delving into Anggun's character was not easy for Fanny. She admitted that she had to discuss a lot with the director to build realistic emotions and imagination. "Acting is not pretending. It has to be real emotions and expressions of the character we are portraying," she said.

Agla Artalidia, who plays Tari, Anggun's daughter, also felt a great challenge during the shooting process. She had to perform physical scenes, such as swimming in a cold cave and using a sling for action scenes. "Sulthan Hamonangan and I shot in the cave early in the morning, getting wet and dry repeatedly. It was an unforgettable experience," Agla revealed.

This film was also an emotional experience for Agla. The character Tari, who rarely goes home because she is busy, finally returns to meet her dying mother. "The storyline is very strong. There is family drama, horror, and also action. I am proud to be involved in this film," she added.

Fanny and Agla agree that the chemistry among the cast is the key to successful shooting. "When the chemistry with each other is established, acting becomes easier," said Fanny.

Agla also praised the team's cohesion that made the shooting go smoothly despite facing tough conditions. Although the shooting location in West Java was quite eerie, Fanny admitted she did not experience any mystical disturbances. "I hoped for a mystical experience, but it didn't happen. But I believe there is another life outside of humans," she said with a smile.

Agla added that the film SEBELUM 7 HARI offers a different kind of horror with a deep dramatic touch. "This is not just horror, but there is drama and action that drains physical and emotional energy," she explained.

The cast hopes that BEFORE 7 DAYS will be well received by Indonesian audiences, especially those who enjoy the horror genre with an emotional story. "This film is exciting and full of challenges. Don't forget to watch BEFORE 7 DAYS. There are many messages and new experiences you can gain," concluded Fanny Ghassani.
