Starring 'MANGGA MUDA', Gary Iskak Glad to be Able to Act Again with Tora Sudiro

"Meeting and acting with Tora makes me more enthusiastic, it's more fun, comfortable, and enjoyable during filming," said Gary Iskak when visiting the KLY office, Wednesday (8/1) yesterday.

1. Long Time No See

Gary Iskak and Tora Sudiro admitted that they haven't met for a long time. The last time they met was during the filming of the movie D'BIJIS, which was released in 2007. According to Gary, there hasn't been any change in Tora.

"He's still the same, nothing has changed. He's a cool, kind, extraordinary person," said the handsome actor who recently converted to Islam.

2. Gary Becomes More Religious

Tora, who was beside Gary, admitted that he was happy to meet his old friend after such a long time. He said he noticed a lot of changes in Gary, especially in his religious behavior.

"Gary has changed a lot. He has converted and he prays regularly. He always reminds and teaches me too," said Tora.

MANGGA MUDA is a comedy-drama film that will start showing in theaters on January 23, 2020. In addition to Tora and Gary, this film also stars top actresses such as Alexandra Gottardo, Nafa Urbach, Ajun Perwira, and several others.
