FAST 9: The Return of Han From 'Death', Starting From the Movement of Fans

One of the highlights of FAST 9 is the return of Han (played by Sung Kang). Despite the character being told to have died in TOKYO DRIFT, the ending of FAST AND FURIOUS 6, and FURIOUS 7. 

A little flashback, Han is said to have had an accident while racing on the streets of Shibuya. The severe accident claimed his life. However... it turns out not to be the case.

Behind Han's comeback, there is a movement by fans titled #JusticeforHan. Fans are not willing to let the cool and flamboyant character Han die just like that.

In response to the fans' movement, Justin Lin also shares the same sentiment. That's why he decided to invite Sung Kang to star in the FAST AND FURIOUS film again. "Also, a reunion with an old friend," said Justin Lin to Sung when offering the role of Han again.
