First Look Portrait of ONE PIECE Live Action SEASON 2, Beautiful Robin and Luffy's Signature Move Revealed

Netflix released a first look video of ONE PIECE live action season 2 on Sunday (10/8). After the success of its first season, ONE PIECE live action was immediately produced for seasons 2 and 3 back to back. 

This popular manga adaptation from Japan is now entering a new chapter where Luffy (Inaki Godoy) and the Straw Hat Pirates will head to the Grand Line. From various teasers and information circulating, ONE PIECE season 2 will adapt the Alabasta War arc. This means there will be many new characters anticipated, such as Mr. Crocodile and Nico Robin. 

Several scenes in the first look immediately caught attention, from the appearance of the giant Elbaf to Luffy's signature move, Gomu Gomu no Gatling.

Luffy's adventure continues. This time they will meet a spy agency called Baroque Works. Fans of the manga will surely be familiar with the island featuring giant cacti as seen in this scene. This is where the big battle between the Straw Hat crew and those deadly spies will take place.

As stated in the tagline, "Adventure to the Grand Line", Luffy and his friends will traverse dangerous terrain and encounter a deadly spy organization, giant whales, and even a coup in a country.

Vivi Nevertari (Charithra Chandran) will play an important role in this season 2 story arc. The first time she meets Luffy and his friends, she goes by the code name Miss Wednesday.

Also look forward to the actions of Captain Smoker. The Marine Captain known for smoking two cigars at once. This habit of his is not without reason; it is related to the power he possesses. Can anyone guess what his power is?

ONE PIECE fans must be cheering with joy as Luffy showcases the Gomu Gomu no Gatling or Continuous Punch move. This technique is just one of several moves that Luffy has prepared against his enemies in this season.

The mysterious beauty of Nico Robin can now be seen in live action. For those who are not familiar with One Piece, Nico Robin is a very terrifying enemy in this arc. She possesses the power of the Hana Hana no Mi or Flower Devil Fruit. She can freely grow her body parts anywhere like growing flowers.

The appearance of giant characters in this season 2 is something to look forward to. With the technology available, such fantastic characters can now convincingly appear in films.
