The film GIRL by director Shu Qi premiered at the Venice International Film Festival 2025. The film tells the story of Hsiao-lee, a teenage girl growing up in a dysfunctional family who finds hope through her encounter with Li-li, a transfer student from America. Presenting an emotional narrative set in 1988, GIRL captivates with its detailed cinematography.
