This film tells the relationship between a grandmother and her grandson. The grandson, named M and played by Billkin Puthipong, is a young man who is willing to resign from his job that he has been dedicated to for 4 years in order to take care of his grandmother who is seriously ill due to cancer. Unfortunately, the grandmother lives alone and there is no one to take care of her.

There is a hidden agenda, perhaps that is the suitable proverb to describe this film. M's intention to take care of his grandmother is not genuine, he tries to become the favorite grandson in order to inherit from his grandmother. Inspired by his cousin named Mui, played by Tontawan Tantivejakul, who became the sole heir when she took care of their grandfather. However, this story will depict that family is more than just money.

In this GDH film, new film stars are brought in to play the role of M's cousin, Mui. Tu Tontawan Tantivejakul made her acting debut in the feature film HOW TO MAKE MILLIONS BEFORE GRANDMA DIES. Previously, Tu Tontawan started her career in acting and modeling under GMMTV in 2021.

Being involved in the acting world is not new to her. Before GDH, Tontawan played a role in the TV series F4 THAILAND as Gorya Thithara Jundee. And this is her debut in Thai films.

In addition, Billkin Puthipong will make his debut as the main character in Thai cinema. After several films he has appeared in, Billkin finally takes on the lead role in a story portraying M. His grandmother, Taew-Usa Samekham, also makes her film debut as the main character at the age of 76.
