Who here is a fan of the film CHICKEN RUN from 2000? This iconic film will once again captivate audiences at the end of 2023 through the latest sequel, Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nuggets.
This sequel is directed by Sam Fell, who previously successfully directed animated films such as ParaNorman (2012) and Flushed Away (2006). As reported on Netflix's official website, Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget will continue the story of Ginger and Rocky's journey after successfully escaping from Tweedy's farm in the first film. They are depicted arriving on a safe island as a place of refuge.

Do you still remember Ginger and Rocky? Now they are portrayed as parents. They have a daughter named Molly. After successfully escaping from Tweedy's farm, they find a sanctuary island, turning Ginger's dream into reality.
The island becomes a peaceful place for the whole chicken family, away from the threats of the human world. However, on the mainland, all chicken species face a new and terrifying threat.

In the first Chicken Run, Julia Sawalha and Mel Gibson voiced the characters Ginger and Rocky. However, in the sequel Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget, they are no longer present. Thandiwe Newton will voice the character Ginger, while Zachary Levi will voice the character Rocky.
The sequel film Chicken Run: Dawn of The Nugget will be released on the streaming platform Netflix starting from December 15, 2023. This information is taken from IMDb, which states that Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget has a duration of 101 minutes.
