Thailand Warns 'JURRASIC WORLD' Producers to Preserve Nature and Observe Regulations!

The Thai government has issued a strong warning to the producers of JURRASIC WORLD to take care of the beach and national park during the filming process of the dinosaur movie. This warning was given because the previous film THE BEACH, starring Leonardo DiCaprio, had a negative impact on Ko Phi Phi Leh Island.

The film, which is the seventh installment of the dinosaur film franchise, is rumored to be starring top Hollywood actress Scarlet Johansson. The film, scheduled for release in 2025, is being filmed in Bangkok, Krabi, Phuket, Phang-nga, and Trang. JURRASIC WORLD will also be using Ko Kradan Island and Huay To Waterfall in Khao Phanom Bencha National Park.

Phatcharavat Wongsuwan, Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, expressed his honor as Thailand is chosen as the filming location for JURASSIC WORLD.

"However, they are highly required to comply with the related laws and regulations, and must not alter and damage the natural resources and environment," said Phatcharavat in a Facebook post by the Thailand National Parks Department.

This warning comes more than two decades after the film THE BEACH, starring Leonardo DiCaprio, received harsh criticism from the Thai community. The film is considered to have had a negative impact on the sand at Maya Bay, Phi Phi Leh Island.

The producers of THE BEACH reportedly planted many coconut trees around the bay to enhance the tropical setting of the film. However, this actually damaged the existing vegetation in the bay.

To prevent a similar incident from happening, the Head of the Department of National Parks, Thailand, Athapol Charoenshunsa, stated that they will handle and oversee the filming process of the latest JURASSIC WORLD.

3. Starring Scarlet Johansson

The Hollywood Reporter reports that renowned Hollywood actress, Scarlett Johansson, is currently in talks to star in the latest dinosaur film from this dinosaur film franchise. The seventh film in this franchise will be directed by Gareth Edwards, the director of the film THE CREATOR.

The JURASSIC PARK franchise is one of the most influential film franchises in Hollywood. Its first film, Jurassic Park, released in 1993, was directed by Hollywood legend, Steven Spielberg.
