Happy 26th birthday, So Jeong!

Today is a happy day for the former member and leader of GFRIEND, who recently shocked the public with the sudden news of the group's disbandment. Now, the members are all leaving the agency that has been managing them, Source Music Entertainment, and joining various other agencies. After leaving GFRIEND, Sowon chose to join 10K Entertainment to continue her career as an actress.

After GFRIEND disbanded, Sowon chose to leave the K-Pop world and started delving into the world of acting. She joined 10K Entertainment agency and is ready to embark on a new career in the acting field.

Quite different from before, Sowon chose to drop her stage name that was known to the public and use her real name, So Jeong, for her future debut as an actress.

Having a tall and model-like figure, Sowon once tried the modeling world and appeared in the Runaway Seoul Fashion Week in 2019. This certainly helped her in getting roles due to her captivating figure and visual.

So Jeong has been trusted to star in the drama CHILLING COHABITATION and is paired with Chanwoo from IKON. Chanwoo himself has experience in the acting field as he has been acting since childhood in various dramas.
