"Before the monthly weight evaluation, I ate tteokbokki, and because of that, I failed the test," Chanmi said.

The issue of bread was also experienced by Seolhyun from AOA during her trainee days.Â
"I once lied when asked to write down what I had eaten during weight evaluation. I wrote cabbage and bell peppers instead of bread. After that, I got in trouble," Seolhyun revealed.

Various sweet foods can be a disaster for every K-POP idol trainee, as it can cause them to gain weight. This includes ice cream. RM and V from BTS also got in trouble because they secretly ate ice cream during their trainee days.
"I was eating ice cream with V, and one of the agency staff saw us. I quickly put it in my pocket and ate it later. It's a memory I will never forget," RM said.
