After 'SWEET HOME', Lee Do Hyun and Go Min Si Will Star in the Latest Romantic Drama 'YOUTH OF MAY'

Kapanlagi.com - Lee Do Hyun and Go Min Si have been confirmed as the cast of the latest drama on KBS 2TV. In addition to them, this drama will also be starred by Lee Sang Yi and Geum Sae Rok.

This retro romantic drama tells the story of the spirit of young people in 1980. This year is a historic moment for South Korea. YOUTH OF MAY is written by Lee Gang, who previously wrote SPY and directed by Song Min Yeob, who previously worked on DOCTOR PRISONER.

1. Character of the Players

Lee Do Hyun will play as Hwang Hee Tae, a medical student who tries to straighten out all the stereotypes about him. Hwang Hee Tae can be a naughty figure, but it doesn't diminish his determination and motivation to get what he wants.

Go Min Si will play as Kim Myung Hee, a third-year nurse. She is someone who is struggling to live her life and never loses faith in the worst situations.

Geum Sae Rok joins as a law student named Lee Soo Ryun, who is Kim Myung Hee's friend. Lee Soo Ryun has a relaxed and open personality with a neat appearance. Coming from a wealthy family, Lee Soo Ryun feels responsible for social issues.

Lee Sang Yi will play as Lee Soo Ryun's older brother named Lee Soo Chan. This brother of Lee Soo Ryun helps his father in the family business after returning from studying in France.

2. Once Acted Together

Go Min Si previously played as Lee Do Hyun's younger sibling in the drama SWEET HOME. The drama YOUTH OF MAY reunites Lee Do Hyun and Go Min Si in one project.
