Agency Announces Joanne's Departure from Z-Girls Due to Health Reasons

Kapanlagi.com - DIVTONE Entertainment announced that Joanne has left the group Z-Girls. The agency clarified to the media on Tuesday (2/6).

Joanne is a member from Taiwan. She started her debut with Z-Girls in February 2019.

"Hello everyone, we hope you stay healthy and safe amidst this situation. We, DIVTONE Entertainment, announce that Joanne, a member of Z-Girls, will officially leave the group due to health reasons as advised by the doctor," said the agency.

Furthermore, the agency stated that they will continue Z-Girls' career with a total of six members.

"Z-Girls was formed in 2018 as part of the Z-POP Dream Project's first season. This event is a talent search show that encompasses all of Asia and was inspired by K-Pop groups. Two groups were formed from the first season, Z-Girls and Z-Boys, a female and male group consisting of members from various countries such as India, Indonesia, Japan, the Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Joanne was selected as the winner in Taiwan and has been a member of Z-Girls since their debut in February 2019. They have released four songs and have also performed live in various countries, including the Vh1 Supersonic Festival in India in February 2020.

Z-Girls will continue their career with six members, namely Bell, Carlyn, Mahiro, Priyanka, Queen, and Vanya," she added.
