Ahmad Dhani Opens Job Opportunities from Dewa 19 Coffee Business, Ready to Dominate Airports in Indonesia

Ahmad Dhani is increasingly showing his seriousness in pursuing the culinary business in the country. The frontman of the band Dewa 19 has officially established a strategic partnership with Taurus Gemilang Group to expand his Kopi Dewa 19 brand to all airports in Indonesia.

This bold step is taken because the husband of Mulan Jameela sees great potential in airport areas as premium locations. By targeting airports, Ahmad Dhani wants to introduce local products of high quality to travelers, both domestic and international, who are on their journeys.

"This is a collaboration for the opening of outlets at all airports in Indonesia," said Leonard Darmawan in the Kemang area, South Jakarta, on Friday (19/12/2025).

Ahmad Dhani explained that this expansion is a response to an attractive collaboration offer in the air transportation area. In addition to focusing on airports, they are currently also busy managing several outlets that have already been operating in the Jakarta area and its surroundings.

"We want to be everywhere; coincidentally, someone offered us at the airport, so why not. We are busy establishing what we already have, the first one is in Mal Cipulir, the second in Cikarang. So for your information, Kopi Dewa 19 is like hotels with 3-star, 4-star, and 5-star ratings," said Ahmad Dhani.

Dhani's involvement in this coffee business is acknowledged to have both commercial goals and branding for the band that has made his name famous. He wants fans to feel the spirit and success story of Dewa 19 through the experience of visiting his coffee outlets. "The reason for the business is to seek profit. Coincidentally, we have content called Dewa 19, this content highlights the success story, showcases the achievements of Dewa 19, so it can inspire the younger generation and bring them closer to the image of Dewa 19 by visiting the outlets," he explained.

The Taurus Gemilang Group itself feels optimistic about this collaboration because it sees the uniqueness offered by Dhani's brand. The presence of Kopi Dewa 19 at the airport is expected to represent a strong local product that can compete with other international brands.

"I see that Kopi Dewa 19 has a very large potential. I see the coffee is unique, and the big name of Dewa is extraordinary. We need to bring local wisdom to the airport, and we see that Kopi Dewa is suitable for that. We really want Kopi Dewa to become a champion at the airports," said Budi Purnomo as the CEO of Taurus Gemilang Group.

In addition to pursuing business profits, this massive expansion also carries a social mission to help the economy of the community. Dhani hopes that with more branches being opened, more workers will be absorbed, especially amid the current developing economic situation.

"You could say that. The essence of business development is not just profit, but hopefully Kopi Dewa 19 can attract many workers. If there are many outlets, then there will also be many people working," concluded Ahmad Dhani.
