Apology to Fans, Chen EXO Writes Touching Letter

Chen expresses a deep apology to fans for disappointing them. He also apologizes for taking time to personally explain to fans. He feels very guilty towards EXO-L who have been waiting and supporting him all this time.

"However, the communication mistake I made caused disappointment and hurt to you, and knowing that you experienced that also hurts my heart," he added.

Since the news of his marriage and his fiancée's pregnancy surfaced, this is the first time Chen has personally written a letter to his fans. He expressed that he will continue to work hard and show his best for his fans.

Here is the letter written by Chen to his fans.

"Hello, this is Chen.

After worrying about many things on how I should express my feelings, it took me some time to write to EXO-L.

I was worried that I might hurt you with my words, but I want to apologize to everyone who has been waiting all this time. I also want to apologize to the EXO-L who were shocked by the sudden news.

When I first wrote that letter, it was also the first time I experienced something like this, so I was worried about how to tell EXO-L, who have been with me all this time. Nevertheless, I wrote a letter because I thought I needed to personally say everything to you. However, my communication error caused disappointment and hurt you, and knowing that you went through that also hurt my heart.

I don't know if my feelings will be conveyed properly, but I am truly grateful for all the love you have given me, and more than anyone else, I realize that I have become who I am now because of it.

I want to apologize once again for taking too long to reveal this. And also, I will show you how I will continue to work extremely hard. Thank you."
