Previously, on September 18th, prosecutors continued their efforts to arrest Yoo Ah In on charges of drug abuse.

The Special Crime Investigation Division of the Seoul Central District Prosecutor's Office requested an arrest warrant for Yoo Ah In.

The charges against the actor and his colleague Choi include violations of the Narcotics Control Act (habitual drug abuse), destruction of evidence, and fleeing the scene.

During the initial investigation stage conducted by the police, the court rejected the arrest warrant for Yoo Ah In on May 24, citing potential issues with interference or tampering of evidence.

After three months of investigation, the prosecutor added charges against Yoo Ah In, primarily for allegedly instructing his accomplice to dispose of evidence and forcing his accomplice to consume marijuana while in the United States.
