In addition to announcing BLACKPINK's comeback plans and their world concert tour in 2025, Yang Hyun Suk from YG Entertainment also discussed the highly anticipated comeback of the group 2NE1. The group will reunite for a concert celebrating their 15th anniversary, starting in Seoul in October 2024, followed by performances in Osaka and Tokyo, Japan, until the end of this year and in other countries next year.
In addition to 2NE1, YG Entertainment also confirmed world tour plans for other groups such as BABYMONSTER and TREASURE next year. WINNER will also make a comeback after two of its members, Mino and Yoon, complete their mandatory military service in December 2024. AKMU, the sibling duo, is also set to return with a new album next year.
Furthermore, YG Entertainment will introduce a new group named NEXT MONSTER, scheduled to debut next year. In his statement, Yang Hyun Suk expressed his commitment to bringing many YG Entertainment artists together with their fans and trying to realize all the plans set by this company.

On December 6, 2024, YG Entertainment announced that Jennie, Lisa, Jisoo, and Rose of BLACKPINK have agreed to continue their group activities under the agency. However, for individual activities, all four members have signed contracts with other agencies.
In its statement, YG Entertainment stated that this decision was made after in-depth discussions with BLACKPINK, and that they are proud to continue a long-term relationship with this group. YG Entertainment is committed to continuing to support BLACKPINK in shining on the global music stage as the main representation of their agency and of K-pop as a whole.
Yang Hyun Suk, the executive producer at YG Entertainment, emphasized that they fully support BLACKPINK's future steps and believe that the group will continue to achieve remarkable accomplishments in the music industry.
