BLACKPINK Said to Have No Male Staff, Is Being Too Beautiful the Reason?

However, a statement from someone who claims to be a former YG Entertainment employee (referred to as X) reveals that BLACKPINK has no male staff. X happened to be a guest star on the Hu Keo Deul Youtube channel. X's identity is completely confidential.

1. Regarding Member Staff

X then told the story of the reason why BLACKPINK doesn't have male staff. He also mentioned The BLACK Label, a subsidiary of YG Entertainment owned by Teddy. Teddy himself is a producer and songwriter of BLACKPINK's hit songs.

"BLACKPINK is indeed under YG Entertainment but Teddy from The BLACK Label is the one who takes care of them. Teddy knows that the BLACKPINK members are beautiful, that's why he doesn't like having male staff around them. So all of their staff are women," said X, as quoted from Allkpop.

It is not further explained whether the staff referred to includes managers or bodyguards.
