Furthermore, fans also found out that Douyin often uploads couple videos. They also matched the dates and locations, all of which match Lai Guan Lin's schedule.

On November 25, former Wanna One member wrote an apology as reported by Allkpop.

"I apologize for hurting many people who love me because of the incidents that occurred. It was wrong to do it in a place where I thought no one would see," said Guan Lin.
