Chemistry Lee Min Ho and Maximus the White Horse, Both Love Lemon Flavored Candy

In an interview with E-news Exclusive that aired on Wednesday (22/4), Lee Min Ho talked about the preparations he made for the drama THE KING: ETERNAL MONARCH. He started his story by sharing what he did to prepare for his role as the emperor in the drama.

"I really worked hard when practicing rowing and horseback riding. And honestly, playing an emperor is not something that can be prepared for," said Lee Min Ho as quoted by Soompi.

1. Definition of an Emperor

When the host asked what Lee Min Ho meant by saying he already had the behavior of an emperor, the actor born on June 22, 1987, responded with laughter. Lee Min Ho, who is adjusting to the Korean entertainment industry after completing his mandatory military service, had no hesitation in answering the question.

"Lately, people can admit things like this, right?" Lee Min Ho replied.

"Because I am the true definition of an emperor," he continued.

2. Lemon Flavored Candy

In the interview, Lee Min Ho also talked about his co-star in the film, Maximus the white horse that he rode everywhere in the drama. Apparently, Lee Min Ho and Maximus have the same taste in snacks. It turns out that both of them like lemon flavored candy.

"Maximus is very adorable," he said. "His nose turns red when he's cold outside. He also likes to eat my favorite candy. Lemon flavored. After filming, we eat candy together."

3. Chemistry Strong

Not only having the same taste in candy, Lee Min Ho is also very concerned about Maximus. When the horse looked tired, Lee Min Ho told the staff to rest Maximus after shooting.

The chemistry between them was also seen when Maximus suddenly approached Lee Min Ho in a scene where they were supposed to be in separate places. This scene had to be repeated because of the horse's behavior, but Lee Min Ho instead smiled happily.
