That night, the fan-con opened with a song from the Gu Family Book soundtrack titled Best Wishes To You. It holds a special meaning for him when singing this song.

"This song is like a gift for me because it was given to me during a time when I was very down and almost didn’t want to be an actor anymore. I haven’t sung this song in a long time," said Choi Jin Hyuk.

Another song he performed is also from a drama he starred in, one of them being I'm Saying, which is the soundtrack of the drama The Heirs.
