Set in 1987, when South Korea was ruled by a dictatorship. Graduate student Im Soo Ho (Jung Hae In) is covered in blood and jumps into the women's dormitory at Hosoo Women's University. Eun Young Cho (Kim Ji Soo) finds him and helps him hide, leading to the development of a romantic relationship.

Im Soo Ho is a graduate student at a prestigious university. He is Korean-German. He has charisma and is also mysterious. Eun Young Cho is a first-year student at Hosoo Women's University. She is majoring in English literature. She first meets Im Soo Ho on a blind date and falls in love with him at first sight.

Kye Boon Ok (Kim Hye Yoon) gives up on entering university due to her poor family background. She now works as a telephone operator at a women's dormitory. Pretending to be a student, she attends a blind date with Eun Young Cho, which later leads Kye Boon Ok to get involved in a case.
