Considered to Disrespect BTS Member, This TV Station Receives Many Criticisms

Kapanlagi.com - Recently, TC Candler announced the results of the 100 Most Handsome Faces poll for 2019. The poll results showed that Jungkook BTS ranked first.

A television station in Poland discussed the list in a segment. Unfortunately, the segment made Polish ARMYs very angry.

1. Racist and Disrespectful

The anger of BTS fans was triggered by the comments of the hosts in the show. They expressed that Jungkook looked less masculine and more like a boy than a man.

They also speculated that Jungkook ranked first because many Asians contributed their votes to the poll. They also discussed Jungkook's hair color.

"He has beautiful eyes. I don't know, but I'm sure it's not because of his hair color. I'm sure he dyed it," one of the hosts said in the show, quoted from Koreaboo, on Wednesday (29/1/2020).

In addition, reporters from the television station also conducted a small poll with several local residents to find out their opinions about Jungkook. However, the photo they used turned out to be not Jungkook's face but J-Hope.

In the poll, most people also gave responses that were considered quite demeaning and racist. Therefore, fans felt angry and demanded an apology from the television station.
